Today's Kawaii Item(s)! Day 17

Our kawaii item today is...
Notre chose kawaii aujourd'hui est...

... my pink Hello Kitty marker!
...mon marqeur rose Hello Kitty!

More information on the item:
I bought it at Wonderland, last year. There was a store with a lot of Hello Kitty things! There were purses, t-shirts, and a lot more!  All of which were Hello Kitty. There were kanji on the pen, and I could read yume, and ai (dream and love). I was very happy when I bought this and I am sure that I will return there when I go to Wonderland this year.

Happy Asian Heritage Month! & Today's Kawaii Item(s)! Day 14

Happy Asian Heritage Month! Well, I'm a bit late on that one, but better late that never! Today's post won't have translated French for the reason of not having time. Sorry! To start off my string of posts to celebrate Asian Heritage Month, we celebrate with the arrival of today's kawaii item:

... my pink Love Bunnies cell phone charm!

About the item:
I got this cell phone charm in a gachapon at an asian supermarket. This is my first Love Bunnies Item, so it's something I treasure a lot. I chose to buy from the gachapon this is from because, well, I find that it's a bit close to loli fashion. Okay, not really, but it had a bow, and was pink! If it has those elements, you'll find me stuck to it as a child is stuck to a toy. That's right. My childish side is showing.

I'm sorry for today's post being very short. I will put much more time into tomorrow's post for sure. I will try to expand more on Asian Heritage tomorrow.

For now, it's back to studying!

Today's Kawaii Item(s)! Day 13

Today's kawaii items are...

... my Hello Kitty Beanie Babies!

About the items: (in the order they were attained)
Pink Tartan Hello Kitty: my present from Anna for Chinese New Year, 2010. She's from Animal World!

Blue Overall Hello Kitty: I got her from a mall across Woodbine Racetrack. There was a sale (it was sort of an anime store, not sure if they're still there) so I couldn't resist!

Red Overall Hello Kitty: I got her from a party today! (Read more about it in my last post)

Hello Kitty overload! Not really. XD If you saw my Hello Kitty haul, then definite yes. This tiny Hello Kitty Beanie Baby collection is sure to expand!

Today's Kawaii Item(s)! Day 6

Today's kawaii item is...

... my pink Hello Kitty pen!

About the item:
I got this pen from Animal World, a store that just closed down last year (I miss you guys!) It writes in pink, but as it dries, the ink on the paper turns gold. I tried to take a picture of the ink, but you cant really see it in the picture. T^T My sister has the same one, but in blue. I think I'll start a kawaii pen collection from now on!

Please continue to show Japan your support! They need it!

A Perspective On a Pink Bodyline Sailor Fuku

I browsed Bodyline recently to get a look at the things they had in the cosplay section. What I found there was a pink sailor fuku:

The sailor fuku can be ordered and the picture was found here.

I find it really cute, especially in the back. The back reminds me of chibi in a way. I fell in love with it at first sight. It's just so...kawaii! I would wear this to an anime convention if I could.

If I could order it, I would.

Even if I could order it, I'd be somehow worried. I've heard about their quality. One side argues that it's ita, and the other argues that it's a "hit or miss" situation. The first side would argue back that in Japan, it isn't exactly welcome in events because it "steals prints". The other side would then argue that their prices are really cheap, and it's a great bargain.

I can't really take a side, since I've never bought from here. I'd rather stay on the safe side for now, and maybe either make it myself or find one in person and inspect its quality there. Maybe one day if I'm dying to get something from there, I'll order there, but I still haven't found anything that's fully taken over my brain.
